Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is seeking a Database Coordinator based at the Workforce Development Center in Pittsburgh. The role supports data collection, maintenance, and management of Human Service software systems, serving as a technical point of contact for database testing, migration, and reporting.

You will lead data analysis, build dashboards, train users, and collaborate with program teams across SWPA and NCWV.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CRM/HSIS systems or similar data management.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to present insights.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to varied audiences.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research, test, and implement system updates to ensure service delivery quality.
• Maintain data integrity, user permissions, and security across systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and help desk support for database users and teams.
