Breaking Ground is seeking a Data Analyst within the Government Contract Compliance and Data Strategy department to turn program data into actionable insights for street outreach and transitional housing. You will define metrics, respond to data requests, and support data-informed decision making.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Data Analytics, you will design routine reports, automate processes where possible, and collaborate with Programs to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and languages (Excel, SPSS, SQL, R or Python).
• Experience creating data reports and visualizations.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and motivate teams to use data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Mansioni

• Analyze program data and client outcomes in street outreach and housing programs.
• Coordinate data reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document methods and analyses used.
• Automate reporting with existing or emerging tools where possible.
• Assist design of larger scale data projects with leadership.
• Support data quality checks across data systems.
• Coordinate information with Data Strategy and Outreach teams, possibly outside business hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
