Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, CS, information systems, business admin, public admin or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum three years of experience in data analysis, reporting, BI, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and data pipelines.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual and ad hoc reports including Data Quality, CoC, EVA, housing metrics, and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and frontline staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support data automation, AI initiatives, and technology adoption across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance on data-related projects to leadership and staff.
