Breaking Ground is seeking a Data Analyst within the Government Contract Compliance and Data Strategy department to turn program data into actionable insights for street outreach and transitional housing. You will define metrics, respond to data requests, and support data-informed decision making.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Data Analytics, you will design routine reports, automate processes where possible, and collaborate with Programs to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
The Government Contract Compliance and Data Strategy department is responsible for ensuring the agency’s compliance with government contracts, and overseeing Breaking Ground’s data collection and analytics, and quality assurance efforts. This department plays an integral role in Breaking Ground’s overall mission by ensuring that our work is data informed, high quality, and meets contract and regulatory compliance standards.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Data Analytics, the Data Analyst is a key asset in helping the Data Strategy department define metrics for data analysis and respond to data requests in the Street Outreach and transitional housing portfolios for internal and external stakeholders. The Data Analyst designs and completes routine and scheduled reporting and will use programmatic data to analyze outcomes and interventions, supporting Breaking Ground in making more data-driven and evidence-based decision making. The Data Analyst has key points of contact within the Programs Department to coordinate the work.
