Job summary

Incyte Corporation in the United States seeks a highly motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell our immunology/rare disease therapies within a designated territory. The role requires deep clinical knowledge, strong relationship-building, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization.

You will develop territory plans, educate providers on benefits and proper use, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support patient access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience; immunology/rare disease preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; life sciences preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen with ability to discuss complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology/rare disease product(s).
• Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.
