Qualifications

• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related healthcare sales.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and proper use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, treatment landscape, and guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement in a complex specialty market.
• Operate with integrity and comply with company policies and guidelines.
