Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; equivalent experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales.
• Experience in dermatology, immunology, or complex specialty markets.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Demonstrated success in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
• Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
• Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
