Job summary

Incyte Corporation in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a defined territory by building strong clinician relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic plan. You will partner cross-functionally to support patient access and education, navigate reimbursement, and stay current on disease state and guidelines.

Travel within territory required; strong communication and strategic thinking essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales experience or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.
Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.
Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.
Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.
Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.
Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines.
