Job summary

Incyte seeks an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to drive performance in a designated Boston territory, building strong physician relationships, delivering clinical education, and executing a strategic plan.

You will educate clinicians on disease state, clinical data, and product benefits while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to support access and education in a complex specialty market. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or related field.
Proven success in pharmaceutical/biotech/specialty sales within healthcare.
Experience in immunology or dermatology or complex specialty markets preferred.
Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
Proven success in a matrixed organization with complex selling environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly and execute in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed goals.
Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies.
Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts across the territory.
Maintain deep knowledge of disease state and treatment landscape.
Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services.
Navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations in a complex market.
Operate with integrity and comply with company policies.
