Job summary

Syneos Health in Oakland, CA is seeking a field-based sales professional to execute the regional sales plan, deliver compelling presentations, and act as a disease expert for defined customers.

You will cover a territory with healthcare providers, plan activities, meet quarterly targets, and participate in training while adhering to policies. A BA/BS and 2+ years in healthcare sales are required; willingness to travel and reside in territory.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to defined customers and act as a disease expert/resource.
• Within the assigned territory, use marketing and selling materials for physicians, healthcare providers and clinic personnel.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales in the territory.
• Participate in training programs and comply with policies and procedures.
