Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a sales-focused professional to execute the territory plan and drive growth. You will deliver compelling presentations to current and prospective customers, act as a disease expert, and coordinate coverage with marketing materials across physicians, providers and clinics.

The role requires a BA/BS degree, 2+ years in healthcare sales, primary care experience, and a valid driver's license with travel, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare.
• Primary Care experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers.
• Serve as a disease expert/resource for customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory according to plan.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the territory.
• Utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a audience including specialty physicians, healthcare providers and clinic personnel.
