Job summary

Syneos Health in San Jose, CA is seeking a sales professional to implement the sales plan and present to a defined list of current and prospective customers, acting as a disease expert and resource.

You will manage territory coverage, use materials designed for physicians, healthcare providers and clinic staff, and travel as needed to meet quarterly and annual goals. A BA/BS and 2+ years of healthcare selling experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years’ direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Primary Care experience preferred.
• Must live within territory or boundaries and have valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to defined customers.
• Implement sales plan and achieve quarterly/annual goals.
• Utilize marketing/selling materials for physicians and healthcare staff.
• Plan and organize territory coverage per action plan.
• Participate in training programs and adhere to policies.
