Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage an assigned territory. You will deliver the sales plan, communicate with physicians and healthcare providers, and use promotional materials to drive growth.

Travel within the territory is required to meet targets and maintain relationships. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical sales, a proven track record of success, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
• 2+ years of relevant market & therapeutic area experience
• 2+ years of experience with Medical Benefit, Buy & Bill sales in the pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
• Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level
• Must travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
