Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a highly motivated Scientist for their early discovery group in San Carlos, CA. You will execute cell engineering, assay, and screening workflows to advance novel biological concepts into scalable therapeutic assets.

The role requires hands-on bench work and a drug-development mindset, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to move milestones and data forward.

Qualifications

Advanced degree with 4+ years (MS) or 6+ years (BS) in a related field and relevant experience.
Hands-on expertise in at least two of the listed technical areas.
Experience with flow cytometry and immune-cell functional assays.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze experimental workflows to generate high-quality data.
Culture, engineer, and differentiate immune cells for target validation.
Perform flow cytometry, sorting, and functional assays to profile responses.
Present results to cross-functional teams and leadership, contributing to strategy.
