Qualificações

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent advanced degree in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Drive early discovery strategy and evaluate emerging opportunities to guide pipeline decisions.
• Advance immune cell engineering platforms to deliver novel cell therapies for oncology and immunology.
• Lead hands-on in vitro and ex vivo studies to generate decision-enabling data packages.
• Mentor junior scientists and lead cross-functional matrix teams to foster scientific excellence.
