Galderma in Detroit, MI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Immunology to lead a team of Account Managers and drive sales strategies for our prescription products and access programs.

You will coach accounts, analyze performance data, and coordinate with marketing, distribution, and payer programs to expand product adoption while ensuring compliance. Travel up to 75% is required to manage the geography and build strong provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of managerial or cross-functional experience in sales.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role with direct report management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to meet sales goals.
• Plan and execute sales meetings and performance evaluations.
• Analyze data and trends to drive product demand and net sales growth.
• Collaborate on access programs and payer education for appropriate use.
• Maintain knowledge of managed care as it relates to Galderma products.
• Coordinate with marketing, distribution, and manufacturing for access solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to exceed sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and monitor business practices.
• Travel up to 75% to manage the geography.
