Job summary

Galderma Laboratories in Detroit, MI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Immunology to lead a team of Account Managers and drive sales across dermatology access programs. You will develop commercial strategies, manage performance, and build key relationships with healthcare providers and institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of US pharmaceutical market and reimbursement.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Launch experience preferred; biologics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales goals.
• Develop commercial strategies and initiatives for Galderma CareConnect and access programs.
• Analyze data and trends to drive product demand and net sales growth.
• Maintain knowledge of managed care related to Galderma products and access programs.
• Coordinate marketing, distribution, and manufacturing for access solutions.
• Coach and implement strategic business plans and measure outcomes.
• Ensure sales compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
