Merck & Co. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast US Immunology Sales organization. This field-based role leads District Managers and field reps to drive launch success, access strategies, and patient outcomes across the region.

The DCO role focuses on talent development, strategic planning, P&L ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. Travel up to 50% is required, with remote flexibility in the US.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 10 years in sales, marketing, or managed care within pharma.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Travel up to 50%, including overnight trips within the territory.
• Experience building regional strategic plans and omnichannel launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and recruit a high-performing regional team to meet objectives.
• Own the customer portfolio and ensure trusted communications across touchpoints.
