AstraZeneca in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Associate Director, US Lifecycle Marketing – Immunology, hybrid onsite. The role translates Immunology brand strategy into HCP-ready tactics across indications, partnering with Sales, Omnichannel, and MLR to ensure compliant, high-impact engagement.

The candidate will lead cross-functional launch activities, create iCVA experiences and field-ready training, and manage assets through regulatory reviews.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech marketing or related commercial role.
• Proven success leading HCP, consumer, or field-facing initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix.
• Strong analytical and business-planning capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets at scale.
• 5+ years of Immunology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, or Biologics exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Translate brand and indication-expansion strategies into HCP-ready experiences across new indications.
• Prioritize tactics with Sales and Brand Leadership to build HCP readiness.
• Deliver launch tactics with a cohesive brand voice across indications.
• Create branded and unbranded iCVA experiences and HCP websites.
• Lead unbranded website strategy and core traffic drivers aligned with Omnichannel.
• Develop practical, launch-ready field training and guidance for the sales force.
• Coordinate cross-functional asset delivery with Marketing Directors and external partners.
• Ensure assets pass MLR, Legal, and Regulatory reviews.
