You will manage a high‑performing team, coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Clinical Development, and ensure strong execution across markets.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Business, Medical, Life Sciences or related field.
• US commercial and launch experience required.
• 10 years in pharmaceutical development and commercialization.
• Experience leading global brand strategy and execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and evolve the global commercial strategy, brand plan and operational priorities.
• Serve as the senior commercial voice on the global cross‑functional product team and shape key development, regulatory and lifecycle decisions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Insights & Analytics, Policy, Patient Advocacy, Finance, Supply and Commercial Excellence.
• Translate global strategy into clear direction for regions and markets, supporting effective execution, launches and lifecycle growth.
• Define positioning, priority audiences and the value proposition using market research and customer insight.
• Ensure forecasts and business plans are grounded in product strengths, unmet need and pricing considerations.
• Engage external experts, healthcare professionals and patient organizations to bring perspectives into strategy.
• Lead strategic agency and vendor relationships and ensure allocation of resources.
• Create an inclusive, high‑performing team environment and model AstraZeneca values.
