Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Travel up to 50% and willingness to relocate to the geography.
• 8+ years in sales/commercial roles within healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution rhythms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence and development planning.
• Provide advanced coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners to improve outcomes.
• Anticipate market dynamics to adjust strategy and protect performance.
• Influence internal partners to strengthen strategy and plans.
• Maintain accountability and compliance while supporting the team through change.
