Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Immunology Gastroenterology, South Ohio which includes Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. You will lead district strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive growth across Immunology products.

The role requires 8+ years in sales/commercial pharma and 2+ years in sales management, with the ability to travel up to 50% and to relocate within the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in one of the United States.
• 8+ years of sales/commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence and performance management.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transition execution across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Influence internal partners to align strategy and plans across sales, medical, and marketing.
• Ensure accountability, inclusion, and team health while adapting to change.
• Adhere to Healthcare Compliance policies and model responsible AI tool usage where applicable.
