Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree is required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Required: A valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant sales or cross-functional experience in pharma/healthcare.
• A minimum of two years in direct sales management, with change leadership and performance management skills.
• Travel up to 50%; must live in or be willing to relocate to the geography.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal partners to deliver district goals.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional directions into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with hiring excellence and development planning.
• Provide advanced coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics and adapt strategies to protect or grow performance.
• Influence Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing with field insights to refine plans.
• Foster accountability, inclusion, and team health while navigating change.
