Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, billing, and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and help providers navigate access barriers in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address access barriers and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Manage territory plans and use CRM tools and analytics to track performance and travel.
