Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, in Houston, TX, is seeking a qualified Immunization Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll perform nursing duties, administer vaccines, document in the EMR, and support patient education and safety across care settings.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program.
• Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• 1+ years of KSC experience may be considered in lieu of 6 months RN experience with approval.
• 6+ months in a clinical area.
• Computer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review schedules, prepare patient documents, coordinate referrals.
• Provide nursing care and administer medications with the 7 rights.
• Document observations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in immunization processes and CPR during emergencies.
• Maintain clean, sterile environments and follow QA logs.
