UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Registered Nurse at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston. The role supports patient care across multiple departments, emphasizing coordination, documentation, and patient education in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You will review schedules, assist with referrals, manage in-basket tasks, and ensure HIPAA and safety standards. Competitive pay between $29 and $52 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• 1+ years of KSC experience may be considered in lieu of 6 months RN experience with approval from Sr Dir Nursing Services
• 6+ months in a clinical area.
• Computer experience.
• CPR, oxygen administration, and IV therapy knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Review doctor's schedule, abstract as needed, print PVS for each patient and request information for visits.
• Provide patient education materials and assist with patient teaching plans.
• Monitor and manage in-basket tasks, including results, prescriptions, and referral requests.
• Schedule appointments and assist with referrals and radiology testing.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform CPR as needed and participate in emergency response.
• Document observations and maintain accurate medical records.
