Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or 4+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• ACLS and BLS (PALS if supervisor pediatric department) within specified timelines.
• 4+ years of clinical RN experience with progressive supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the clinic staff.
• Ensure patient care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, staffing plans, and resource use.
• Mentor and educate clinical staff; participate in staff development.
