Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an IMMULITE Sales Specialist to lead the sales strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio across the assigned geography. You will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle and building relationships with lab personnel, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Scientific Support, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).
• 5+ years of capital sales experience, preferably clinical diagnostics.
• Acquired technical knowledge with the capability to organize and prioritize departmental personnel and tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to travel within the assigned geography. Travel 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned field by managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close, utilizing Siemens’ customer relationship management tool to track and report on sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including lab personnel, healthcare providers and industry opinion leaders.
• Specialist will work cross functionally, as the sales expert, with other team members from Sales, Marketing, Scientific Support, the Technical Applications Organization, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively identifies new prospects and successfully positions Siemens solutions to win accounts and drive market share gain.
• Manage installed base of Siemens Systems and increase revenue particularly through penetration with newly launched assays.
