Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an IMMULITE Sales Specialist to lead the sales strategy for the IMMULITE portfolio in the assigned geography, collaborating with the lab diagnostic sales force to drive integration into clinical laboratories.

You will shape customer roadmaps and drive operational and clinical value, achieving revenue targets and expanding market share while building strong relationships with lab personnel and providers. Travel 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, or medical health sciences.
• 5+ years of capital sales experience, preferably clinical diagnostics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel within assigned geography. Travel 75% of time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned field.
• Build and maintain relationships with lab personnel, healthcare providers and industry leaders.
• Identify new prospects and position Siemens solutions to win accounts.
• Manage installed base of Siemens Systems and increase revenue with new assays.
• Coordinate sales activities including presentations, proposals, negotiations and site visits.
• Develop plans to exceed revenue growth and maximize customer profitability.
• Travel within territory to meet customers, attend events and participate in training.
• Provide market insights through analysis of data and report trends to management.
