Job summary

Omnicom Corporate is seeking a Manager, Visa & Immigration to oversee the U.S. immigration program’s full lifecycle, partnering with employees, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external counsel to ensure compliant, employee-focused support.

This role drives process improvements, manages deadlines, audits, and budgeting, and aligns with business objectives while navigating evolving immigration regulations across a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing U.S. business immigration matters, either in-house or with a leading immigration law firm.
• Strong working knowledge of employment-based immigration programs, including non-immigrant visas, permanent residence sponsorship, prevailing wage processes, labor certification, and immigration compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high-volume immigration caseload while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders, HR teams, and external counsel to provide immigration guidance and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of immigration compliance requirements, including Public Access Files, I-9 considerations, document retention, and audit preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa classifications and permanent residence sponsorship.
• Serve as the primary internal subject matter expert on U.S. immigration matters.
• Partner with external immigration counsel to develop case strategy and ensure timely filings.
• Lead immigration case management activities from initiation through completion.
• Develop, implement, and improve immigration processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
