The Manager, Visa & Immigration is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the company's U.S. immigration program, serving as a key partner in delivering a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused immigration experience. This role oversees the full lifecycle of employment-based immigration matters, partnering closely with employees, business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and external immigration counsel to ensure timely and compliant immigration support. The Manager will drive operational excellence across immigration processes, identify opportunities for program enhancements, mitigate compliance risks, and provide guidance aligned with business objectives and evolving immigration regulations.
US Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 USD Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
