Job summary

Omnicom Corporate is hiring a Specialist, Visa & Immigration to support U.S. immigration program administration. You will manage employment-based cases and collaborate with employees, managers, HR, and outside counsel to ensure compliant processing.

The role also supports program initiatives, audits, reporting, and process improvements to drive efficiency and positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of U.S. business immigration experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of U.S. immigration cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E-3, O-1, F-1, etc.).
• Coordinate with employees, managers, HR, and outside counsel to ensure timely processing.
• Support audits, reporting, budgeting, and process improvements for the program.
