Job summary

Manifest Law is seeking an MPOC Immigration Supervisor to build and lead the MPOC workflow from the ground up. You will supervise the team, design processes, and collaborate with attorneys and operations to scale the function in a fast-paced, high-stakes immigration practice.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure accurate triage and filing, and drive quality control. This is a growth-focused role with ownership opportunities at a leading AI-native immigration firm in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate employment-based immigration experience across IV/NIV types.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree considered.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in North Phoenix, AZ.
• Experience with non-electronic (paper) filing and post-adjudication processing.
• Willingness to lead and develop a team in a growing practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• MPOC Oversight: supervise MPOC workflow and triage, track, and resolve cases; serve as escalation point.
• Case Lifecycle Knowledge: manage post-filing steps and adjudication tracking for IV/NIV cases.
• Filing & Quality Control: oversee filing processes and implement quality checks.
• People Management: supervise MPOC team members including onboarding and coaching.
• Process Building: design and refine MPOC workflow with cross-functional teams.
• Systems & Quality: select tools to support growth and monitor work quality.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations leaders.
• Growth & Scale: expand scope in leadership and operational exposure.
• Shipping Support: handle outbound mail and shipping logistics when needed.
