Job summary

Manifest Law in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking an MPOC Immigration Supervisor to build and lead a new MPOC function. You will own day-to-day supervision, design workflows, and supervise Administrative Coordinators while collaborating with attorneys and operations to scale the practice.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of corporate employment-based immigration experience across IV and NIV, with a track record in people management, filing quality control, and process design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate employment-based immigration experience across IV/NIV.
• NIV/IV processes knowledge with B2B immigration context.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day MPOC oversight and triage of cases.
• Design and refine the MPOC workflow and standards.
• Directly supervise Administrative Coordinators and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with attorneys and operations to scale processes.
• Manage shipping/logistics and document handling as needed.
