Zusammenfassung

Manifest is seeking an MPOC Immigration Supervisor to build and lead a critical piece of our immigration operations from the ground up. You will own the MPOC workflow, supervise Administrative Coordinators, and partner with attorneys and operations to design scalable processes.

This role offers ground-floor ownership, growth into broader immigration operations, and the chance to shape how we work as we scale the firm in North Phoenix, Arizona while 5 days onsite each week.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of corporate employment-based immigration experience across IV and NIV case types.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree also considered.
• Able to work onsite 5 days a week in our North Phoenix location.
• Hands-on experience with non-electronic (paper) filing and quality-checking work.
• Experience handling case documents through final preparation and filing, including post-adjudication processing.

Aufgaben

• Oversee MPOC workflow day-to-day and triage cases.
• Maintain case lifecycle post-filing and ensure adjudication progression.
• Directly supervise MPOC team members including onboarding and coaching.
• Design and refine MPOC workflow and scale with the firm.
• Identify and implement systems to support growth and monitor quality.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations leaders.
• Handle shipping logistics and outbound mail as part of daily operations.
• Provide growth opportunities within the role as the firm expands.
