Qualifications

• 7+ years of Immigration Attorney experience.
• Proven experience handling business, family-based, removal defense, asylum, and/or complex immigration matters.
• Prior leadership experience managing attorneys, paralegals, or legal support staff.
• Strong business development and client acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an established Immigration Department.
• Supervise Immigration Attorneys and Paralegals.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for clients and referral partners.
• Drive new business development and department growth initiatives.
• Conduct consultations and develop strategies for prospective clients.
• Mentor attorneys and legal staff to ensure exceptional client service.
• Oversee department operations, productivity, and case outcomes.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth and staffing initiatives.
