Responsibilities

• Print, assemble and prepare petitions to be filed with USCIS.
• Update Case Manager and case status as appropriate in case management database.
• Enhance client service by supporting attorneys and paralegals in immigration filings; draft/edit correspondence.
• Generate and track Representation Agreements and retainer invoices; coordinate training and webinars.
• Answer phones, direct to the appropriate team member and take accurate messages; schedule client calls and reminders.
• Back-up Client Intake Coordinator to complete potential intakes, schedule consultations and send new client questionnaires.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing immigration correspondence; distribute USCIS materials to the team and mail documents to clients.
• Scan, organize, label and file electronic documents; process government correspondence.
• Coordinate monthly firm lunch; order office supplies and assist in firm events and reimbursements.
