Job summary

BCG Attorney Search represents a law firm seeking an Associate Attorney in Gaithersburg, MD to join its expanding team. The role covers immigration, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense, demanding a proactive attorney with strong communication and writing skills.

Candidates must be licensed in Maryland, have 3–5 years of practice, JD, and be able to work collaboratively while exercising sound judgment. Spanish proficiency is a plus and business law exposure is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
• 3–5 years of legal experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with firm growth in immigration, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and business law.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents for court submission.
• Conduct client consultations and identify legal issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
