BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Defensive Attorney in Silver Spring, MD for a full-time, hybrid role. The attorney will manage their own immigration caseload, provide guidance on asylum and removal defense, and collaborate with the team to improve strategies and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a JD, active bar membership, 0-3 years of immigration experience, strong written and spoken communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of immigration law cases.
