Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an affirmative Immigration Attorney to join its Silver Spring, MD team in a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days a week. The attorney will handle asylum, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, naturalization, adjustments of status, and waivers, with opportunities to specialize in specific areas of affirmative immigration.

The position requires a JD, active bar membership, and 0–3 years of immigration experience, including SIJS.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership.
• 0–3 years of experience in SIJS and immigration law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive immigration law research and analysis for cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence with precision.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the immigration process.
• Lead and manage multiple case files with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborate with team to enhance legal strategies and outcomes.
• Stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance.
