BCG Attorney Search seeks a Defensive Immigration Attorney in Fairfax, VA for a full-time, on-site role with a hybrid schedule. You will manage a caseload, provide guidance on asylum and removal defense, and collaborate with colleagues to advance firm strategies.

Ideal candidates hold a JD and bar admission, with 0–3 years of immigration experience and excellent communication, detail orientation, and leadership skills. Fluency in Spanish or other languages is preferred.

Responsibilities
