Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Business Immigration Attorney in Silver Spring, MD for a full-time hybrid role. You will manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload and provide strategic counsel to clients through filings and approvals.

Ideal candidates have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, active bar membership, and at least 3 years' experience with E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1 cases. Excellent writing and client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume business immigration caseload (employment-based matters).
• Prepare and file petitions and applications (e.g., E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-2 NIW, EB-1).
• Draft briefs and responses to agency requests.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to corporate and individual clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff for efficient case prep.
• Stay current on immigration laws and regulatory changes.
