BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney in Silver Spring, MD to lead a high-volume immigration practice. The role requires managing diverse cases, mentoring staff, and developing strategic approaches for complex relief options, while maintaining strong client communication.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, an active US bar license, and at least five years of immigration experience, with fluency in Spanish to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US state or Puerto Rico.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Five years or more of immigration experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and evaluate immigration relief options.
• Develop and oversee legal strategies for complex immigration cases.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
• Supervise, mentor, and train paralegals and legal support staff.
• Review, prepare, and approve various immigration filings.
• Represent clients before Immigration Courts and other agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve case management processes.
• Participate in business development and community outreach activities.
• Handle various immigration proceedings and provide strategic guidance.
