Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Business Immigration Attorney for a full-time, hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA, or Silver Spring, MD. The attorney will manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload and advise corporate and individual clients on immigration options.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a U.S. law school, 3+ years of immigration experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a proactive approach to deadlines and client service.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business/employment-based immigration law.
• Experience handling E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1 cases.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based immigration matters.
• Prepare and file petitions and applications including E-2, H-1B, L-1, O-1, J-1, PERM, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1 cases.
• Draft briefs, supporting documentation, and responses to RFEs and other agency requests.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely filing with USCIS and other government agencies.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to corporate and individual clients on immigration options.
• Communicate case updates clearly and professionally to clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare filings efficiently.
• Stay current on immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates.
