Job summary

Berry Appleman & Leiden is seeking a Content Coordinator in a hybrid role based in the United States. The position focuses on organizing, creating, and maintaining legal content resources across multiple platforms within BAL's Knowledge Management team.

You will research industry topics, draft processing outlines, templates, and client workflows, and develop user guides and SOPs. Strong writing, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Technical Writing or related field.
• Proven experience in content coordination or content management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to follow structured processes and multi-step instructions.
• Familiarity with document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Research industry topics to ensure depth in content creation.
• Write and edit immigration processing outlines, templates, and workflows.
• Develop user guides, tutorials, FAQs, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy.
• Communicate task status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Support knowledge base adoption and cross-department integration.
