Job summary

GEO Secured Services in the United States is seeking a Case Processing Specialist to support ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation. You will work under the direction of ICE field office personnel to ensure accurate case files and timely processing.

The role requires experience reviewing law enforcement documents and coordinating interviews with detainees, ICE officers, and legal representatives.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or 1 year directly related industry experience required.
Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation or conducting immigration/detention interviews is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
Proficient with general PC application software (Microsoft Office).
Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and handle confidential duties.

Responsibilities

Assist ICE personnel with immigration records management and document preparation.
Prepare, review, and manage case files with accuracy and completeness.
Ensure A-files and ICE systems reflect accurate, up-to-date case status.
Enter data into ICE systems and ensure compliance with agency protocols.
Maintain electronic and paper case files in accordance with privacy and data security requirements.
Coordinate interviews between detainees and ICE officers, consulates, and legal representatives.
Provide surge support after hours and perform other duties as assigned.
