Job summary
BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii, to join the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases from entry to release, ensuring compliance with program policies and providing essential resources to participants. A Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of customer service or case management experience are required, along with bilingual English/Spanish skills. Qualifications
At least two years of case management or customer service experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
Responsibilities
Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews, and updates case management plans.
Monitors compliance with electronic monitoring program.
Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions with ISAP participants.
