BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager to support the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). You will manage ISAP participants from entry to release, maintaining case records and coordinating services to meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and travel for home visits. The organization emphasizes internal promotion and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required; related fields preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license required for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains case records; ensures confidentiality.
• Performs intake interviews and orientation sessions with participants.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates with participants to obtain travel documents and resources.
• Reviews progress and writes reports; ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
• Conducts home visits to verify residence and safety.
