Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a qualified ISAP Case Manager to oversee intensive supervision participants from entry to release, ensuring adherence to DHS contracts and program policies.

The role emphasizes conducting home visits, maintaining accurate confidential case records, data entry, and clear communication with participants, staff, and authorities. Bilingual English/Spanish and knowledge of immigration procedures are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience required; experience with law, social work, detention, or multicultural clients preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to visit homes.
• United States citizenship required.
• Must live in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to report.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants; maintains confidentiality of records.
• Conducts home visits to verify participants’ places of residence in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
