Job summary

Escoto Law, PLLC in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time Immigration Attorney to handle family-based, humanitarian, and removal cases, preparing filings and representing clients at EOIR hearings and USCIS interviews.

You will advise clients, maintain relationships, ensure compliance, and work with a team to deliver strategic solutions. The role emphasizes careful advocacy and precise legal work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Immigration Law, including handling complex immigration issues and legal interpretations.
• Experience with family-based cases/immigrant visas (e.g., Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing) preferred.
• Experience with removal defense before the U.S. Immigration Courts (e.g., Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of immigration cases (family-based, humanitarian, removal).
• Prepare and file applications and petitions, represent clients at EOIR hearings and USCIS interviews.
• Provide strategic guidance on immigration matters and maintain client relationships.
• Assess clients' needs and ensure compliance with immigration laws.
